Reflect on reading habits
Taking into account my reading habits, they have changed since I was a child. Then, I read to accomplish the school homework , as the teacher encouraged us to read a certain amount of books per year. Later, when I was a teenager, I started reading for pleasure. I had a lot of free time and I spent a brief time reading before going to sleep. All this reading was in my mother tongue: Spanish, with traditional paper books. Nowadays, I have changed my reading habits, as I mainly read in English, just research and specialized articles about education, using my laptop or tablet (reading PDF's or online). Taking a look at these pictures, I supose that people in the first, third and fifth photos are reading for pleasure, as they are reading books and a newspaper. Maybe the second and fourth pictures are proof of reading for an academical purpose, and their books could be chosen by another person, not for themselves. The people that are reading freely should feel relaxed, with a purpose...
